• All units are handi-cap accessible with large "roll-in" wheelchair friendly showers, ADA cooking stoves, wide doorways, handicap restroom rails and handicap height toliet, wheelchair height eating bar, lowered light switches, bedside lighting and sound control, wheelchair high computer desk, total flat flooring and more.
• The idea of having grab bars in your housing BEFORE you need it makes sure you don't need them.  We don't want our Cottage to be something you have to move to, but rather something you want to live in for 10-15 years because you can!

• Energy efficient amenities include: Long life, energy saving light bulbs using fluorescent and LED technology, 2 low energy LED flat screen TVs, cost saving instant hot water tanks, small energy saving refrigerators, low water usage handicap toilets with "flush assist", water conserving fixtures in the kitchen and bath, double insulated walls for privacy and efficiency, and a high SEER rated HVAC system.  We expect your biggest single bill to be your phone bill!

Technology safety-

• This unit is very progressive when it comes to tech!  No key for your cottage as we have a number punch code system for entry.  
• Add on this the ability to watch all 4 high resolution LED infrared video cameras right on BOTH flat screen Google TV's in your cottage!  You can see completely around your building 24 hours a day!  With a passcode friends and family can ALSO view your cottage or even see you if you step outside!  There is no additional cost for these services.

Living like you are at home... because you are-

• We have built Carefree Cottage like a 4 bedroom home.  From the road we want and expect folks to think they are seeing a large home.  Only one entrance is allowed per side of the home.  This gives the illusion of a single family dwelling. 
• We also want the flowers, large windows, optional detached garage storage to be just like you would have at you home. 
• We want to be the ANTI-Nursing home, as we provide a comfortable space anyone would want to live in for many years.

Home service-

• We have partnered with a national home assistance company, to offer in home help when you need it. With our buying power of mulitple units you can purchase time for as little as 2 hours per visit!  This can include house cleaning, laundry, companionship, pet care, gardening, cooking and more.  Please contact us for all services "a la carte" available at this facility, see details on the FAQ page.
